Persimmon Homes, Spring Meadows

The brief

A contemporary but practical en suite, with two laying patterns that had to sit comfortably in one small room.

What we did

1. 01 Fully tiled each shower cubicle
2. 02 Half-tiled the sanitary wall for balance
3. 03 Laid Melrose 245 × 75 tiles in portrait and brickbond, keeping every line aligned where the two meet
4. 04 Grouted in white and finished exposed edges with white trim

The result

Fresh, modern en suites with more interest than standard spec, delivered on time.
