Worden Gardens, prep to handover

The brief

A ground floor that looks like timber, wears like porcelain and is ready for buyers on the handover date.

What we did

1. 01 Prepared and levelled each subfloor before a single tile went down
2. 02 Laid wood-effect planks through hallways, kitchens, living rooms and open-plan spaces
3. 03 Ran planks in one direction throughout so each home reads as one floor
4. 04 Cut in around stairs, door linings and kitchen runs
