The brief

A modern, professional floor through an open-plan reception and office, meeting feature rock cladding and frameless glass with no rough edges.

What we did

1. 01 Primed and levelled the whole floor with Kelmore products for a smooth, even base
2. 02 Laid Unika Light 600 × 600 tiles through the reception and open-plan office
3. 03 Scribed tiles around the rock cladding and glasswork so every edge follows the feature
4. 04 Grouted throughout in greige to sit quietly with the tiles
5. 05 Finished where the floor meets the cladding and glass with matching silicone
6. 06 Completed expansion joints in colour-matched silicone, so the floor can move without the joints showing

The result

A clean, contemporary floor that runs through the whole space, with the detail around the cladding and glass done properly.
