The brief

Upgrade a whole facility with a consistent look, while meeting very different needs in each area, from wet rooms to decorative kitchenettes.

What we did

1. 01 Primed and levelled every floor with Kelmore products
2. 02 Tiled WC walls in 200 × 100 bevelled tiles, floors in 600 × 300 anti-slip porcelain
3. 03 Screeded accessible WCs before tiling in the same anti-slip porcelain
4. 04 Cut shower walls to the wet room trays, with falls to the drain
5. 05 Finished kitchenettes in herringbone or mosaic with slate grey grout
6. 06 Laid the reception in two 600 × 600 porcelains to form a centre feature, with expansion joints either side

The result

A practical, consistent building, with feature tiling where it earns its place. The client praised the finish throughout.
