Three phases, one line

The brief

Tile the conservatory, hallway and kitchen diner in stages, months apart, and make it look like one job.

What we did

1. 01 Recorded the setting-out from phase one so later phases could pick it up exactly
2. 02 Laid Greenpark Bone 60 × 60 in a diamond pattern through the hallway
3. 03 Matched grout lines across each join between phases

The result

No one can tell where one phase stops and the next begins.
